• We will do our best to supply the ordered items as soon as possible after receiving your payment.
• If we can't supply the ordered item for any reason we will cancel the order and refund you as soon as possible.
• We send orders via the standard Royal Mail service.

• We store your email address so we can advise you of your order status.
• We store a fixed line or mobile phone number so we can contact you if we need to about your order.
• We do not send your details to any other organisation for any reason.
• Your payment information, such as credit card is held by Stripe.com under it's terms and conditions.
• This web site does not use cookies which retain any information about you or your browsing history.
• You can contact us at any time to ask us to remove your account or confirm to you the information that we hold about you and your orders.
