What do you mean in Search by 'Name' and 'Card ID'?
Usually a card will have the name of a person or object or character - this is what we refer to as the name. Also a card will have some sort of card number or other internal reference - often seen in the card index created by the publisher - this is what we mean by the card ID.

What exactly are you selling?
We sell surplus cards from our own collecting activities - just as you might trade duplicates face-to-face.

Why does your shipping charge seem so high?
We don't make much, if any, profit on the prices of actual cards, so these are quite cheap. Therefore the cost of envelopes, stamps and credit card charges seem disproportionately high.

What will I see on my credit card statement?
Our transactions are processed by Stripe.com on behalf of Alpha Systems Consultants Ltd. You may therefore see one or both of these names on your credit card statement.

How do you send my order?
We usually send your cards by post -

• Our standard delivery is the standard Royal Mail second-class service.
• Our premium delivery is Royal Mail first class, signed for.
